The  E-commerce Websites gave a big jump since the introduction of social media., witch transformed since the product Centre to the customer Centre social environment, therefore to increasing and develop the E commerce introducing new features to help E commerce globally  such, Facebook, WhatsApp , Instagram, therefore we can see that the Social Media have a huge impact to development of the E commerce as online business, the E-commerce been using the Social  Media as one of the main tool as a features to achieve their expected goals.

     So to summarize , we can see that the main features categories to E- commerce  aims to is objectives are ; social connection, social communities, social media marketing, social shopping and social application. This are the keys to help us understand how E commerce use his websites to expand their business, but E commerce have another features that use in their websites , such easy navigation , secure payment , good qualities pictures, video's but in my point of view the social media is the one creating the easy access for the customers.
