     The product database  table willallow me to to manage my products efficently, the i got all detais i need to know about the gods i got in store can identify each one and also visualize the quantaty off gods out and the what the quantaty of products remain in my inventory. The very important thing that the products database allow me to do, is also analyze which of the my products sale in more quantity than the other, therefore i can manage to buy high quantity for those sale more tahn the others sale less, because some season some will sale more and some will sale less.

Customer database
 

The  table of the customers  database i will be able tho manage really well when comes to deal with wrong delivery or even  any complains, i can easy identify the customer by the identification number positioned in the first sell of the table, also have the telephone number and the address allow me a quick contact with client in any incident (delay, mistake , complains or any type of feedback between me and the client. The customer table database also allow me to to manage the shipping cost, i can calculate that the cost of the  delivery in Kettering will be more cheap than if i have to send the gods to clients in london, so that type of database i need have on my store computer system.

Quartely Income 

   Quartely income  allow us to manage and track all the sales, products  and sales every quarter(three and three months), by doing that we also will track the type of the products sales more according with the season, this way we can invest more in certein gods rather than the other depends on the sales figure. Every quater we can spot also the outcome the many the store spend with paying the member of staff the, the money we investing in markting to annoucement our products and the money we pay out on suppliers, such invest in bring in more products to our inventory to meet the customers needs. Overoll we can manage by understand what our total spending are , how much money  the total income is without paying any tax and the margin of profit we end up with every three month and analyze where i will invest this money to bring more profit.

Product table Lookup

The product table Lookup is a quite  and  accuate way  to manage my store, in fact the table will allow me to find  and sent  to the customer the gods and the quantity was required in sort time, it is a efficient process of find the product, price  and the quantity left in invetory, when comes to looking for the product, by click in the arrow above in product , it will come with a list of the name of the products i have in the store , but it will also let me know if i have no product left in my inventory by display zero when i trying to find the certein product. That table is quite good to have in my store computer system(Exel), as the store will be busy with large amount of orders.

Order Form or Sales Receipt

     The Sales receipt is essecial to have , when comes to recorded or sales and will be added the customers names and address, therefore i will recorded all my sales and which customer i sold, also by select the customer name it will fill automatically  with the customer address, the some way happens when i have a order from a customer that order a huge amount of gods, when i  intruduce the amount of the products even those products are of difference category, it will automatically calculate the total cost and make a discount or make the percentage of the VAT  if there is some.
